Rut roh..... so long as the user hasn't been removed from the BES you *should* be able to reactive the device and get the info back. If that doesn't work, you could try activating a spare device to get the password keeper data (since sometimes not all the data will repopulate on the same device), then activate the original device.
If you've removed him from the BES, he's SOL.
