Default Where to get License Key!?

Please Login to Remove!

We ordered some extra CALs for the first time since switching to BES4. I received the standard envelope from Cingular--and they sent us a certificate in an envelope labeled "PRD-xxxxx-xxx Client Access License, Domino, 10 Seats". Everything looks great, but when I go to plug in the new licenses into License Management, it wants what appears to be a 30-digit code. I don't see anything on the envelope or the license certificate itself that looks like a 30-digit code. Am I missing something obvious, did Cingular send me the wrong stuff or do I need to do something else to get the codes? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The license key should start with besx35 (or maybe besn35 for domino), and I believe its in bold lettering, from what I remember.

What does the paper look like? Mine is a 9" x 7.5" paper in the same size envelope... but I don't see any key information... I see 2 shorter numbers, one starts with PRD, the other with a C.

I will check in the morning. The last CAL we got was electronic delivery, and the one prior to that is in our storage vault (which I don't have access to). I know I have the licenses for the servers, though (which should be similar. If I remember correctly, it was more like 7.5" x 4" or so, and it was very similar in appearance to www.blackberry.com (red top, white bottom; had the blackberry logo at the top).

On the piece of paper it has the Blackberry logo top left, Then some text ("Blackberry Enterprise Server", "For North America:" etc etc. Then should be some white space then some text with the number of licences and licence code in it then more white space and the PRD/C numbers with barcode at the bottom.

If the bit in the middle of the page is missing it sounds like maybe it didn't print properly as the other information will be generic and likely pre-printed before the licence code info.

I'm thinking you must be right about the printing problem. This is what ours looks like. I'm going to contact our Cingular rep to try and get it sorted out. Thanks for your help!

Hey, do you remember how you made out with this? We purchased 30 new licenses with our BES 4.0 upgrade and all I got are 3 pieces of paper each confirming the purchase of 10 client licenses. Do I need to call the vendor???
