Desktop Manager Won't Recognise Outlook Contacts

When attempting to synchronise my 8100, Desktop Manager under the SETUP Tab does not include OUTLOOK as an option which then prevents the direction of synchronisation with the 8100. However it does appear under the ADVANCED Tab. I have VISTA and Desktop Manager 4.3.
Can anyone help ?
