I use the holster alot and whenever I receive an email, I grab it and it automatically opens the email? How can I stop this from happening so I don't have it open emails that are spam that get through sometimes and other's as well.

Wait longer before pulling the device out of the holster. It will only auto open within the first 10-15 seconds of receiving the message.
