I have had this contact on my blackberry IM before and have had no issues. I deleted him and when I re-added him his name is not showing up in "Contacts" it only shows up in "Open Conversations" When I check his contact information it says that his status is "unauthorized"

I've checked his blackberry and his information for me is correct and no one else on his contact list is having this issue. We've deleted and re-added each other and the same thing occurs.

Any help would be great!

I am going to bump this since I have a co-worker who is now experiencing the same thing.

Anyone else seen this issue?

How about a delete him and all the conversations you have saved? Then battery pull and re-enter him in.
