I picked up a Curve 8300 Refurb a little more than a month ago off of the AT&T upgrade webpage, and just started to have this problem where if I tap around the top or put it do on a surface a certain was it turns off my connection, so I have to go into manage connections and turn it back on. I just started noticing this during the week, and it's an every now and then type thing, I only been able to do it like 3 times over the last week.

I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem? Is there anything else I can do to fix it? Since I'm over my 30 Day return, would AT&T replace it? I do have phone insurance on the line would this help?

That has to be a device issue. See if AT&T can replace it for you. I didn't think they offered insurance on BlackBerrys though. But call them up and see what they can offer you.

They do not offer insurance. But if it was left on when he got the BB generally they will honor it one time and then remove the insurance

What kind of warranty is offered on refurb phones? I thought it was something like 6 months but can't remember where I heard that.

Edit: Looks like 90 day warranty at AT&T.

Go through a warranty exchange. Even if insurance covers it, there's probably a fairly large deductible. And they'll just give another refurb anyway. Same as warranty exchange.
