Default 8830 - Roxio isnt able to read my SDmini media card

Please Login to Remove!

I have an 8830 and a new Sandisk 6gb SDMini Mediacard. When I connect my phone to the Blackberry desktop and open Roxio Media Manager, the software is able to read the files that are stored directly on my Blackberry, but fails to read my media card, and says there is no media card connected. Therefore, I am unable to use Roxio to copy / convert mp3s from my laptop to my bb media card. However, I can still copy songs from the laptop to the media card if I directly plug the SDmini into the USB port.

Is anyone else having this problem? is there a fix to Roxio being unable to read the SDmini?
