Please Login to Remove!

Help,

I have 8320 on BES. I have Calendar Wireless Sync OFF. I had 2383 calendar entries....I just looked and had only 161 today...it deleted all but those from last few months??????? (I do have a back-up) BUT what is going on. I sync to a Mac with Missing Sync...but I have not synced or gone near my mac since I put all 2383 on the BB last week...MEMORY issue is all I can think... I did load Google Maps this week and played with it today...could that be it???? I have used the Blackberry maps also and do have Opera on it? Ideas??? thanks...

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry 8700g: BlackBerry8320/4.2.2 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

How much free memory do you have, and what do you have set in Calendar > Options > Keep Appointments?

I had Wireless Sync off and I could not change Time to keep Calendar entries. I turned it on and set it to Forever from 60 days...and then turned the wireless sync off. but I have only had the device for 1 week...is the 60 day setting mean that it deletes all events older than 60 days...or deletes new events after 60 days????

It would mean that it would delete anything older than 60 days. I forgot that you said you were on BES.

What about the free memory on the device? Go to Options > Status and look at the File Free parameter.

Free Memory 15503261 15 MB?

I am on BES, but I have wireless sync on calendar set to OFF. I set it to ON and then had the Keep Apointment time option..it was set to 60 days...I changed it too Forever and then turned wireless sync off again.

I noticed on my 8700g that I just upgraded from that keep appointments was set for 60 days also, but Wireless Sync was off...that device never deleted my older emails...???? Wonder if Keep Appointment time is not used when wireless sync is off??? and that 8320 has a memory issue????
