I'm a little frustrated by the built-in BB photo viewer, specifically on the 8130 Pearl w/ OS 4.3. I find it inexcusable that there aren't any keyboard shortcuts for next/previous while moving through images. The only shortcut I've actually found is to rotate the currently displayed image. Huh? Seriously?

I am looking for any 3rd party programs out there that will allow browsing a folder on the device or SD memory card and allow fullscreen advance via a keyboard shortcut or by using the scroll. There are a few older apps I have found that allow syncing images via a desktop program, but I am looking for one that will allow browsing a particular folder already on the device independent of the desktop, similar to the BB photo viewer...but better. Something that looks and acts like it has been updated in the past ten years.

If no such animal exits...well... C'mon RIM, you can do a lot better. For a "consumer" phone this should be a given.

I feel the exact same way bro. I contacted the makers of FlipSide · Home , i asked them if they would be making some type of picture app using thier cool swoosh technology, i havent heard back from them. Right now there isnt anything like what u r looking for
