Customer service (and dirt cheap data plans) is what has kept me with T-Mobile all these years. Sure, you call and may get a csr who's totally clueless about Blackberrys, but then this seems to be the norm with every carrier. One who knows Blackberrys is worth his weight in.....well.....Blackberries!

As much as I respect that T-Mo's service is open 24/7, they are not a consideration at my house! According to the service map, I was to have excellent coverage at both my house and office with T-Mo but that was not the case. Going outside to make a call is not my idea of good communications! For me, coverage is worth the extra funds!

Oh and your ARE correct. T-Mo does not have an exclusive on "stupid" when it comes to tech support!

I just changed my whole plan and signed up for a BB today. My wife was on the phone with the customer service line for 45 minutes and signed us up with MyFaves, switched me to the BB curve and saved us a bunch of money after a bunch of questions. Very pleased with the service.

Well, now you could use the @Home service.

I work for AT&T ANS/BB Support. We are open 24/7 365. We don't have a direct number unfortunately. 18003310500 is the number you contact to get to BB support. You may have to get transferred once you get a rep on the line. Unfortunately
