Default Windows XP USB Port Problems with 7520

Please Login to Remove!

I downloaded the Blackberry Desktop Software, SP1 and Blackberry Handheld Manager.

(1) I am getting an errow message as follows.

"Unable to open Com 4. Use the settings dialog to specify a new serial port".

(2) When I open up the Blackberry Handheld Manager it says that my 7520 is connected, then on the next line it has Com 3-- Disabled.

I need help!

Thank you!

Are you connected directly to the machine or through a hub? I was having issues myself with DM 4.0 SP1 I ended up going back to DM 4.0.0.30 and all seems to have resolved itself.
