Troubleshooting
Have you tried all of these steps?
1) Perform a soft reset.
2) If the hourglass icon remains perform a hard reset.
3) Cradle the device, and run the application loader software to remove and reinstall all application data.
4) If the device continues to display the hourglass icon, return the device to the point of sale if it has been less than 30 days since the purchase date. If it has been more than 30 days since the date of purchase, contact the Warranty Exchange department for a replacement.
