seidio headphone adapter and bluetooth ?

I have a question that I hope someone has the answer to. I posted this a couple weeks ago when the servers were acting up, but the thread was closed.
I just purchased a new truck that has the bluetooth handsfree option. I have been able to sync, and use, my bb 8830 via the handsfree bluetooth feature.
Now I would like to use my bb as a mp3 player while in the truck since the truck has a AUX input for the radio. I am planning on buying a Seidio adapter and then plugging into my AUX input with a patch audio cable.
Will I still be able to receive calls via bluetooth while I have an mp3 playing?
Has anyone tried this? Can anyone confirm that this setup will work?
John Clark replid to my previous post and said that this would work, but I have been able to succeed.
The truck sees the phone call come in, and I can pick up the call via handsfree bluetooth and hear the caller, but can not be heard during the call. The only reason i can hear is that the radio is on Aux and the BB is sending the audio to the headset jack which is plugged into the Aux. I think the reason I can not be heard is that the BB assumes there is a mic plugged into the headset jack also, and that takes precedent over the bluetooth mic in the truck??? I am not sure??? Any way to tell the BB that bluetooth is primary???
I am thinking of getting the seidio adapter with the inline mic, and giving that a try. I am pretty sure it will work, but the mic will be about arms length away and I am not sure of the quality of the mic. Any Seidio reps reading??? Does anyone else have experience with the quality of the mic on this adapter? In my experience they work well when clipped to your collar, but anything further and the sound quality drops.
