Default Linksys Travel Router (WTR56GS) settings and Curve 8320

Please Login to Remove!

I have tried to setup a Linksys Travel Router (WTR56GS) and a T-Mobile Curve 8320 with limited success. Any advice would be appreciated.

If run at factory defaults with the Linksys internet coming from a wireless source everything seems to work OK, but as soon as I try to lock it down with WEP or WAP I lose internet. I also don't seem to be able to use the internet if the router is connected via a "wired" connection.

Anyone have any experience that could share their settings from each of the setup pages? I would like to know this is working before I travel overseas tomorrow and add that into the setup.

Default Just an update for Travelers...

Got this router to work with my 8320. It's a little finicky sometimes and you just have to try over and over, but once set in a location and working - it works great. I've been using it in hotels in Kuwait and now I am on an oil platform in the middle of the ocean and making calls like I was sitting at home. NO international payment plans. I would definately recommend this router to anyone using a Curve 8320 and does alot of travel.
