Default Verizon 8830: Media Files?

Please Login to Remove!

I just got a 8830 World Edition from Verizon and I'm becoming incredibly frustrated!

The verizon guy assured me that I'd be able to transfer photos and music onto my phone and ... so far... that has proved impossible? I've even tried mounting them on to my memory card - but then they don't show up on my computer.

I'm thinking of taking the phone back if something doesn't work soon!

Help?!

yes you can. are you disconnecting the device from the computer before you look for the file? also, try and do a battery pull as well

did you try the battery pull? if so did it have any result. Also, you may want to try and just format the card if there is nothing on it. hit menu from within the media card options and format card
