P.S. In some cases the:

5 key: It has a function but forgot. Or vice versa of the 8 key function

8 key: I believe tells you time and day of voice mail then calls back the unblocked number if available.

5 is the date stamp.

I like that these are somewhat standard now, or at least being adopted by more services as standard. The past 2 phone systems at my old job used these same commands, as did Cingular, and now Tmobile.
