Anything's possible in computers. Anything that can be done can be undone, and in turn...re-done. The problem is that JAR files are Java ARchives. They can be opened up by most archival software and the files inside dissected. The problem is that most programmers in the Blackberry community do not want such a program because it would enable people to dissect a theme and reuse elements for their own theme. Granted, it's not hard to copy a theme from scratch, but the theme owners work hard on their themes and don't want to make it easy. Also, such an app would require extensive knowledge of the COD file format, and I'm not sure if anyone has done enough reverse-engineering to attain that knowledge.
