Hi All,

Noob here and i hope someone here can answer my question please?

I have a customer running small BES with 4 users. they are currently on UK-VODA. they are planning to transfer to UK-O2.

Now i know obviously that the new o2 sims have to be provisioned for BES, but what happens regarding the BES software and licences.

Are the CALS transferable?
Does the software need to be re-installed?

Any curveballs?

Any help would grately be appreciated

BES is carrier independent. You don't need to do a thing except change any internal support information you might have on which carrier to contact.

we have a number of customers that have done exactly that in the UK from VF to O2, and the odd one back the other way. as the dawg says no issue, but double check the SIMS get provisioned correctly...
