BES somehow enabled the firewall on my handheld, and it put a red lock next to it, so i cant disable it. And its interfering with serveral applications. I looked through the IT Policy and cant find an Force Firewall on or anything. Anyone have any ideas on how to get BES to allow my handheld to turn on and off the firewall at will? Thanks in advance.

That is a function of the BES. You can't undo it. If you have an issue with an app you'll need to talk to your BES Admin.
