How do you restore speeddial, profiles, etc. from old device to new device? Can this be done from BES? I would like the user to change the sim card and activate the device. The rest I would like to do from the BES server. All the data comes down but the settings don't.

Are you changing devices (new PIN) or just changing SIM cards and keeping the same device?
