Is there a way to force a change from the BES to the device related to their Profile (ringer, vibration, message notification, that kind of profile)?
I'm looking to force down something like 'Ringer on', high volume, 3 tones, etc. We have a user who is complaining that he is missing calls and says his phone doesn't ring and he says he has the ringer on. With him being a remote user, we have no way of confirming this, so we'd like to test it out by forcing down a change.
