Issue: EA for 8820 stuck at 98% with "Enterprise Configuration" showing as "Initializing".

Situation: Tried multiple wipe and reactivation.

Last resort: Ended up last EA try and leave the device for 2 days and out of the sudden, it says Activation Completed.

What the hell exactly is "Enterprise Configurations"? Anyone encountered this before?

Your using Lotus Notes, right? Sounds like you might have a similiar setup to us. First thing I would do is check the Address Book and MemoPad options. Verify that the Wireless Synchronization option is available and set to Yes for both. If The Wireless Synchronization option is missing from either that is probably the issue. In my enviroment that would be an account misconfiguration or missing file on the server.
