I called into Tmobile's customer care to handle some problems, and the lady I talked to was extremely nice and helpful! (Wasn't the same one though
)
I had had some problems with the back cover to my phone coming off, and I wasn't really planning on replacing it, but when I was talking to the lady, I just ended up telling here everything that was going on with the phone. I'm now waiting for a replacement to get sent to me, to see if that will solve my battery cover problems.
I had it sent to me with the free UPS ground 7 day, but I highly expect it to be here before 7 days. Maybe I'm shooting too high though, we'll have to see.
I'm thinking of writing them an email as well, because I know being a CSR isn't a very gratifying job at times lol.
I've always had very good experiences with them and their customer service, whether it be the lower "Technical support" reps or the "blackberry/PDA" reps
It's funny that some have terrible problems with T-Mo, and not other companies... I was on Verizon, and before that Cingular when it first switched from At&t, and I didn't have near as great of service as I have had so far with T-Mobile.
I'm also 2nd-ing what ndub33 asked. Did your problem every get solved? (I hope so!)
