I've been using the Today Plus on my 8310, and I mostly like it.
The one thing I'd like to see is to replace the Call Log with an item
that lists Tasks that are due. Is this something that can easily be done?
I don't know much about modifying themes. Is it already available somewhere?
I didn't see one.

No, you can't customize the Today themes like that, sorry.
