Exclamation URGENT: Incoming emails automatically deleting itself! HELP!

Please Login to Remove!

I have already optimized the memory and it shows that it has plenty of space in the status. However, when I get incoming emails, before I can even view it, it automatically deletes itself! HELP PLEASE!

I am sure we can figure this out! Can you please indulge me with step one.
Menu>Options>Status (what is your file free)?

Do you have WebMessenger Message Alerts installed? It has an auto SPAM feature and it is very easy to accidentally add someone to your SPAM filter which will cause this behavior.

Sorry for the late reply, I have been trying different things but it still doesn't work. After optimizing the memory and doing a battery pull, the free space available is 22.93 mb. Yet when new emails come in, it continues to automatically delete itself?!

You state that it's 22mb on a battery pull. What is it at when you lose an email? When did you lose your most recent email? Please do a menu>options>Status immeadiatly after this occurs again and post your "file free" please.

the memory space doesn't change before or after the deletion of the emails. I checked and it was still at 22mb free

Can you please state your email set-up? Yahoo, GMail, Outlook? Via BIS? I am wondering if this is your Outlook and there is some setting in Outlook that is causing the BB to mirror what is going on with the Outlook server.

E-mail setup is through Outlook. The BB is deleting emails when it's not hooked up to the computer/Outlook tho
