Yes, it's OTA ready. It's probably cached somewhere...try this instead:

Mark,
I updated my PocketDay onto 2.55 via desktop install and it works now fine.
Just curious thing that on PocketDay -> Click About shows v2.55, however from HomeScreen -> Options -> Applications shows v2.54

I just did an OTA upgrad from 2.52 to 2.55. I now have two PD icons on my home screen. One calls up 2.55 the other calls up 2.52. Under applications, however, only 2.55 is listed. Any ideas??

Hmmm...that's odd. did you try and reboot again? Do they both launch the same version? If so, just Hide one.

I'm still seeing 2.54 OTA using both the OTA on the website, and the IP address you posted earlier.
EDIT: Never mind, cleared my cache and it works now.

No tirsch, one icon calls up the new version and the other icon calls up the old version.
PS under the modules in the PD application, I have 2 PDCCY listings. Dont know if that is normal or not.

Nice application. but I had an issue with unread mail. I marked all my mail as read in outlook, my message list on the BB updated but pocket day did not. Stiill shows the same # of unread messages. How do I mark mutiple messages as read or get them to update properly?
I do like the weather, stocks and news portions. Nice idea.

I wonder what school system can claim this masterpiece.

a_kayaker,
The BB has some issues with this. PocketDay relies on the BB to inform it of changes to an emails status (read or unread). When you do Delete Prior or Mark all Read it doesn't inform PocketDay. It's a BB quirk. Best to eitehr delete them on the BB or open them up as they come in.

HMMMM Thanks. Great application, but I would like to see a fix for this. I need the mail received, but just don't always have time to read it right away and it seems a little much to have to scroll through all of the unread mail to get to the weather and stocks. Any way to move those items to the top of the app?

You can arrange the location of all items on the screen by going to Settings, General and choosing which order you want them in. With the latest update, you can also minimize each section by clicking the spacebar when in the title field. This eliminates the need to scroll through a list to get to what you want to see.

Trisch,I have to congratz you on a job well done with PD!
It's such a great app that makes eevryday info ava and easy to update!
One question, I read somewhere that PD does not work properly with OS Apps 4.0.2.32. Is this true and if so have it been resolved with ver. 2.55?
