hello, i just wanted to verify if this is normal:
recently i often discover BBConvert to pull down the whole processor capacity from the server, it wouldn't be a problem to me if this wouldnt last for 10 or 15 minutes. It looks strange to me that the server needs 10 or 15 minutes to convert a file. especially since i never had this before 1 or 2 months ago....

Sounds like a problem with the version of BES you're running ... Which version are you running and for which platform? you might look to upgrade or search BlackBerry Technical Solution Center for related articles.

my reply comes a bit late, but it might help other BES admins: seems like this is a "known" problem. with only sollution to turn off the attachment service....
