Because you are not changing Blackberry server name but windows server name and still using the same BESAdmin account.

The only impact you'll have is while the server is rebooting. You may / may not have issue with MDS CS after the name change ... I can't recall if it'll bork with a different hostname in this scenario. Test it in a lab if you can first.
