I had a catastrophic failure of my BES server, and in the process seem to have lost my copy of one of my 10-user licenses. Is there someplace I can go to find a record of this? Does RIM keep it, or would it be my provider (T-Mobile)? Or am I simply up-the-creek?

They are located in a database...You don't have backup also??
If you lost your database I don't think that provider or rim keep track of it.

RIM may not keep a record of your license number, but likely that have some record of your company purchasing it (support purposes).

You can contact them via the same channel as if you were obtaining a new license, and state your case and ask for help. I would be very surprised if they didn't give you whatever assistance you needed.

I would be surprised if they do help you...But worth to try anyway.

Contact whomever you purchased the license from ... then create appropriate backups.
