How do you do that? And what is BES? Sorry, new to Blackberry. I know the guy I am buying it from purchased the 7250 in June 04 from the Verizon Wireless store for his own use, if that means anything. Could you send me a link that shows said $30 data plan? I thought that if you have a Blackberry on Verizon that you have to have a Blackberry data plan, I've looked on the site and that's the cheapest I can see.

yes, the BlackBerry plan has dropped in price. just give customer care a call an they can walk you through changing it.

I'm searching their site and don't see a data plan for $29.99, I see a voice and data plan (unlimited data, 450 anytime) for $79.99. Is that what your talking about?

if you go to just the voice plans, you can select that, then the next screen will allow you to choose either of the two plans that i posted above.

I see what your saying now. But if you wanted the 450 anytime minutes and unlimited data, plus a text messaging package (which is what I was looking for) it would come to $100.97 a month, no taxes, surcharges, etc. If you get the bundled voice and data plan with a text messaging package it's cheaper. Comes to $89.99 a month, for the 450 anytime, unlimited data and a text message package.
