Complete error: Uncaught Exception popScreen: UiEngine is null !: net.rim.device.api.ui.UiEngineImplP4543fd4
The above error appears when an application is launched.
My understanding is that regardless of which application is making attempt to run, this error appears on certain new models. The error is not application specific. So far users with models 8800, 8300 and 8100 have reported this error. Did anyone hear anything from RIM support team. I hope someone will bring this issue to the attention of RIM escalations engineering team. Resetting the device is not resolving this issue.
