I'm running the original OS 4.1.0.309 on my 7105t. I see on T-Mobile's web site the current OS is 4.1.0.377. It looks like a small point update but I'm wondering if anyone can tell me if they upgraded and if there were any noticable changes?

Currently, when I start my BB it gives me the spinning hourglass for several minutes. When I open apps they take 30 seconds to a minute to open at first. After a while the 7105t seems to warm up and the lag diminishes or vanishes completely. It doesn't come back until I restart the BB. Perhaps a wipe/re-install might clear up the initial lag but I don't want to screw with my BB if the update is minor and doesn't add anything.

The lag issues you're experiencing are due to the more memory intensive themes. .377 will do the same. Switch themes to get rid of that lag.

I'm still running the older OS but changing my theme did seem to help. I also changed my background pic to one that's only ~3 Kb. Now it's actually quite snappyxxx8482;.

I've decided to use my 7105t as a vacation/weekend Blackberry and use my 8300 as my weekday/work BB. My 8800 becomes my backup.

I have a TMobile 7105t with v4.1.0.309 version installed and since 02/18 it don't reach any network, on display it show "Searching for Network..." I listen something about an upgrade could recovery this device and resolve this problem, but on TMobile website, they ask about my phone number for to release the upgrade, but I just have a Brazil's number not a USA's number. Someone knows how can I get this upgrade for my device ?

Have you simply pulled the battery and rebooted the device?

Is it unlocked for your carrier in Brazil?

Yes, I removed the battery but not resolved this problem. This device was sent for a friend on USA and I just insert my TIM Brazi's Chip on this device and it works. I'm not sure about any procedure of unlocked. Does any other advice?

Today, I called the T-Mobile and explain my problem, but they are not able to send me an upgrade of the Blackberry 7105t, because I'm out of the USA and my provider on Brazil called TIM Brazil, can't help me because they not support this model on Brazil. I appreciate if anybody could send me the 4.1.0.377 version because I don't any other choice at this moment.

That's a link for the 7290 OS. It won't work on the 7105t.

Also, please don't link OS's from sites that are not official download sites of RIM or the carriers.
