I wiped my bb, then reloaded the OS and checked the AIM box. I see the app in the Applications list, but no icon on the home screen.

Any ideas?

Yes. Gtalk, yahoo pm, & bb messenger work fine. I also have the show all checked.

I spoke to tmo and they had me remove it and reinstall it via app loader. Same thing, in the app list, but no icon. I even tried a few different Themes.

is it in your service books? if not, have t-mobile send you the service books for AIM.

UGH!!! I had an old version of the app on my desktop and the loader was reading that. Deleted the file, updated via app loader and I'm back in business.
