Default Turn Off Hide My Number

Please Login to Remove!

Somehow I enabled a feature that hides my number every time I place a call. How do I turn this off?

Thanks

Wirelessly posted

From your call log hit menu key , select options > general options & either set show my number to yes or restrict my identity to no.

Thanks, I vaguely remember turning that on. Everything is so deep with this phone. What is the best way to hide my number for just one call?

Your network may have a number you can use to preface the call here in the uk we use 141 before a number.

*67 will block ID for one call, or alternatively *82 will unblock for one call

Thanks, I thought it was *67 I just wasn't sure.

My old phone had an option that when you select a contact to call you can then select "hide my number" and it will start the call. It was very simple and very handy.

Well, if the "blockees" are always the same, just add the preface to their number in your contacts, then it will be automatic too.
