Thanks for putting this up

I failed at Spanish 101 though, ahem, it took me a few attempts to fill in the form cuz it kept telling me I'd incorrectly done something.. then I realized that I'd forgotten to tick the 'all the details are correct part'

Has anyone noticed any resetting problems with this OS?
my 8120 was ok till I updated to 115 and it started resetting...I thought it might be hardware related so I had it switched out for a new one (AT&T)...

Was there anything wrong with the 90 or 91 version?

What are the improvements in 115 over 90?

It's hard to find these things out...

I'd rather have the best...not the latest...

Cheers!
Myk

I suggest going back to the older version and see if the problem continues. You're not the first to have issues with the 8120 resetting, though.

No. You can only load the 8120 OS to an 8120. 8100 OS to an 8100, etc.

This OS appears to suffer from the same memory issue that most previous 4.2.1 versions did. I lost all my messages, phone logs, etc. over the weekend.

4.5 is re branded 4.3.1.. this is 4.3.0

4.5 will give some updates but nothing major, docs to go, media player and mostly some security updates.

I think YouTube viewing was added during 4.3.1.xxx which is now 4.5 and we are 4.3.0.xxx. You gotta wait.

Upgrading to this OS won't relock your device. You can upgrade without issue.

Unhappy Media Player problem

I tried a 4.5.0.37 upgrade, and mostly like what I see (youTube works, browser in general is better. Better WiFi connections)...

What seems broken, though, is the media player: it refuses to play anything except via the speaker. The "old" 8120 player worked great via headset, handset :(though a little quiet) AND blueTooth stereo headset... 4.54 breaks it -- or is it me?

no, for sure
