Default Email Issue

Please Login to Remove!

My Girlfriend has a BlackBerry Pearl 8120 on o2 and today we noticed that the middle of her inbox seems to have disappeared. The reason I say the middle is that we have all of todays email and all mail prior to 21st December 2007 however all mail in between that has disappeared.

Does anyone have an idea of what might be going on?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

thanks

James

I'm guessing it's a memory issue. Look in Options >Status and post the number next to "file free."

Then pull the battery and reinsert to reboot the device. Then check the "file free" again. Then read the thread below.

That's VERY low. What was it BEFORE the reboot? I'll bet it was 0. You need to free up some memory. Follow the instructions in the thread I linked. Do you have an SD card?

the phone has an SD card and I have cleared off as much memory as I can. Before the reboot it wasn't much different.

I will try and clear some more space by following the article.
