I've searched, and I know I've seen the answer before....but here I am...

I lost my new curve, and had my old 8830 added back onto the BES. Ever since this was done, all of my emails don't actually sync. When I open the email, I only see the "subject" and file-size info. I then have to hit "more" to actually read the msg. I used to be able to a least read a good portion of the email,and in most cases- the entire msg, and had the option to "receive more" if needed. How do I change this setting to allow me to at least auto-receive simple text emails?

Try under email general options, is "Auto More" set to Yes?

Yes, I checked that first.

Ok, I figured it out. Any NEW emails I receive DO show the email in it's entirety. Only the emails that synced over during the initial BES set-up are causing the "auto-receive" issue. So, to make a long story short- There was never an issue to begin with.
