Default Email Problem

Please Login to Remove!

When I go to Setup Wizard and chose Email Setup on my 8310, I only have 2 options compared to others that have 3. The one to add a new email account is missing. Is there a setting I am supposed to change?

What are your options?
How many accounts are active on your device?
What happens when you go to your providers blackberry web page? For example I am on AT&T and i can go to https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=mycingular and log in to my account.

For TMO just log into their site. There's a link to set up your BB email there.

I had same issue. I bought Curve over internet. I called AT&T and they had not set up my account for BB service. You should double check that you have the service added to your account.

I have a question about email too. Can anyone please help me fix this problem? Whenever I send email, it keeps sending me what I just sent and I don't want that to happen. I keep trying to play with the settings but I wonder if I'm doing it wrong. I've also went to my actual email via laptop and made sure that the sent mail feature is turned off so it wont send me back what I just sent to someone when I check my gmail account but it will send it back to me on my phone. Does anyone know how to get rid of that sent mail feature? Other than that, I love my BB.

My options are:
"I want to use a work email with a Blackberry Enterprise Server"
and
"I want to skip email setup"
I should have another one saying something along the lines of "add a new email"
I already have one email configured on the device for BBM but I can't add another.

By the way my phone does and always did have BB service.

This is addressed in the FAQ: BlackberryFAQ.com. It's not unique to the 83xx series. Please don't hijack threads.

I have a similar problem, i upgraded my OS and since then i can't access my e-mail accounts or use third party applications like, facebook or google earth, etc. It tells me I have no connection, but my service provider says everythings fine on there end. I tried sending an e-mail this morning an error message came up saying "no apn". I called someone from my service provider and they said to go to the e-mail setup screen and it has an option there to send original settings back to my device, but when i go to e-mail setting the view is differnt than before, i can't logg into the bb server anymore instead its bringing me through an 11 step setup. Any help ?

That didn't seem to work unless I was supposed to do a battery pull or do something with the username and password of the APN.
