This 8830 has served me very well. There are some scuff marks on the chrome sides. Mainly on the right side. There's also basic wear on the rear battery panel near the bottom edge and around the top. There's a tiny scratch near the bottom of the screen, which is not in the line of sight when using the phone. Nothing major really, the phone works like a champ like the first day. It has been wiped and I can provide IMEI if you wish to check through VZW. This phone is not stolen, has never touched water, and is a great deal at this price (at least I think so). Shoot me a PM
