Hi everyone..I just recently bought my T-mobile Curve last sunday i believe...I love it and everything great,besides the fact that it will restart and random times..b4 i make a phone call..b4 i play a video..whenever...I searched through the forums and it seems like some people thought it was there memory card..so i took the memory card out..NOPE still restarted within 5 seconds of a new call...some people returned there BB and got a new 1 and that phone did the same thing as well..so im stuck on what to do..i dont want to return BB after BB over and over..I was wondering if maybe i stuck it out till the new OS or what..Im a lil lost on what to do..thanks every1..

Just got my 8320 today. Charged it right out of the box all day long. Can't even get through a text message before it turns itself off and reboots. Any one else having this problem? Any ideas on what to do? I've pulled the battery and can't get it to work still. Any ideas would be really helpful.

i had a new pearl 2 do this it restarted on its own then eventually just wouldnt turn on. just completely died. take it back and get it exchanged its real easy

That's what I ended up doing. I ended up on the phone with customer care and surprisingly actually got to talk to someone whos first language was english. He didn't act like he had heard of the issue before, but beins I had only had the phone in my possession for about 6 hours he's sending me out another brand new one. I fell into the 14 day return policy so he just refunded the money for my original purchase and is redoing me up another invoice from scratch and sending me out another new phone. Was surprisingly easy, unlike the last couple times I had issues with my pearl.
