Please excuse me if this is a repost, I did try searching.

Just wanted to see who else has done what I've done and installed Word and Slide Show To Go on their 8130.

I used Apploader through DM and pointed to the Documents To Go alx file that came with the 8800 install of the 4.5 OS.

It installed without any issues. I even registered and “bought” the Premium upgrade for $0.00. However, when I downloaded and installed it I received an error message saying that this version of Docs To Go requires OS 4.5. So I uninstalled and reinstalled the Standard version and it works great. Once 4.5 is out for the 8130 I’ll install Premium and enjoy Sheet To Go too!

where did you get docs to go for blackberry? i visited the dataviz page and it says ti will be released this month, but no download link. any suggestions?

It will be out with OS 4.5. Its part of the package, and I have it working well on both 8130 and 8330

I have a Verizon 8130 with 4.3..... I do not know where anyone is getting 4.5 from for Verizon. I have waited a long time for DTG, only to discover that I can not yet install it, even the standard edition.

So what is the trick without compromising my current configuration? The App loader would not recognize the software as a valid program to install.

I have managed to install Docs To Go on the 8100 on Vodafone UK. The documents download fine, but when I go to open them, I get an internal error (1028), and I cannot go any further. No notes or help to say what to do.

Anyone else had this issue?

hey thanks for the idea... downloaded the 4.5 OS for Verizon 8100 and used DM to install the DocumentsToGo alx file on my Bell 8130.

works great!
