I'm sure this has come up before but a search yielded zero results, so I apologize in advance.

I have a user, he is the only one, who always gets the "More 28 bytes", for example, message when opening an email. The device is set to auto-more and I can't figure out why his messages don't open like everyone else's. Any help is appreciated.

"Always"? As in every message received?

Your messages are sent down to the BB in 2KB chunks. Basically, when opened, a new messages grabs the first 2KB and displays it. Even with AutoMore set, RIM will only push the next 2KB needed when it is required to do so.

Answered my own question. The email client (it is an enterprise system) must be set to HTML for receiving emails.
