yes, but there should be a way to force the 'slow-sync' process from the server. grr.

All showing up now. Seems after sending service books a few times enabled active network on all.
YMMV

Looked at it today and 10 had missing active network. But most were on vodaphone.
Resent service book and they are back.

Were the 10 that had missing active network settings today users that you had "fixed" yesterday? i.e. are you saying that you had pulled the data for these users, only for BES to "lose" it again?

I sent out new service books yesterday and was able to read the active network.
Today they were gone, resent SB again and they came back and they were active on the network.
Just weird.

Rats, have one user whose Policy status seemed to have stuck at Processing, resent and that has gone to successful, still no Carrier though.
Oh well, back to ringing the user to see if he is out of the country.

Lost 12 again last night, looks random as to why. Wonder if it has to do with them using the desktop manager.

Try upgrading device OS to a latest if not already. That might solve lots of problems like that and avoid accidents awaiting to happen.

This might be THE FIX
Hey I found out how to get them back and stay. Seems to be an issue with ITadminqueue table in SQL. Funny when checking on an other issue I fixed a different one. So here goes my fix.
I copied my ITadminqueue table and put into excel. Sorted by PIN then by TimeQued.
I then deleted the ROWs that were newest for each PIN. (left original activation ROW)
Waited for a few hours and they came back. Some were faster than others. 75% that were missing are now back and staying.
This is where it all started.

http://www.blackberryforums.com/bes-...eue-table.html
Edit:
On another note... User that had issues trying to activate that was originally provisioned on BIS (effin carriers) was able to contact the BES but IT policy was initiated somehow with NO PIN according to ITadminque. I know this because I remember the time we were troubleshooting it. So I deleted the ROW and now he was able to EA OTA. So maybe this is an issue that more people are having when they double check the carriers info. YMMV

Update:
It fixed only a few people doing this. Most started to disappear again. GRRR....
On one of the others I just said to hell with it and removed all entries for a users PIN.
Looks like it came back now. Will see what happens tomorrow.

I went through these phases as well, denial, anger, bargaining... now I have come to acceptance, and when I see those blank columns, I just say 'meh'.

You can also try this:
1) Edit the user's properties
2) Click on PIM Sync
3) Change Automatic BlackBerry Device Management Enabled to False and Apply. Wait 30 seconds (or longer) and change it back to True and Apply.
4) Give it time to repopulate.

Snap!
Sooner or later, all BES admins learn to get over it...
