I'm trying to install Sametime to 9930's and 9850's wirelessly using the desktop client deployed using BAS. All previous devices have no issues. I read that it could be a verion problem and to use a newer 2.5 client. I grabbed 2.5.56, I believe I packaged it and put it in the group and assigned it correctly but still not installing. This is my first time setting up a deployable app but it doesn't appear to be a problem with that as it's clearly set up the same as previous versions by the previous admin. I'm running BES 5.0.1 MR2 at the moment but will upgrade to 5.3.7(?) soon. Any advice?
