Default Need help Torch quit

Please Login to Remove!

Only a few months old Torch stopped working. Will not power on. Worked fine last night, I shut it off and now no go this morning. any ideas?? I pulled bat a couple of times nothing. HELP!~!!

Have you let the battery run below 20% more than once or twice?

Sounds to me like a bad battery. I would go to an AT&T store and see if they have a battery for a 9800 that you can try. Make sure it is an OEM 9800 battery, not a knock off.

With ATT now. Seems to be a software issue. He is helping me restore the phone software right now. Almost done. It was not updating correctly so he fixed that. We backed it up and now restoring. Thanks to all.

Corrupt file probably. That was the next thing to check after the battery.
