I often use Remote Desktop (RDP) to control my PC and I've noticed an issue with BB Desktop Software v6 app showing blank (black) windows with just the title bar visible when viewed this way. This makes BB Desktop effectively useless. It's the only app to exhibit this issue.
I've tried using different RDP colour depths and resolutions but the effect is always the same. The video driver is up to date.

Any ideas what's wrong?

I have seen this on some other applications and it appears to be related to the way RDP copies the remote screen. Some issues are the screen resolution. some depend on the Active X on the remote. Still another is a problem caused by the remotes firewall.

I would do a search on the internet and see if you can find something related to the issue.
