Hi everyone,

My name is George and I work for small IT Department in private school here in Canada.
We have 25 blackberry users and BES Express 5.02 running on Windows 2008 R2 Server. All blackberries are working fine but we have problem for last few day where we can't access Administration Service Console and Blackberry Web Desktop M. ( not sure if Microsoft updates caused this or some Java update)
I found some instructions where you have to remove certain M. updates that could effect Administration Service Console, and after doing it is still the same.
Here is our BES-AS log file content if someone could help us please with this issue:

What is exact error you get when unable to display page?

Hi,

Exact error is: Unable to connect


Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at bes.crescentschool.local:3443.

Same with IE.

Problem solved, ejb3-entity-cache-service.xlm file was corrupted.
