Hey guys,

I migrated out users from a stand alone BES 4.1 server to BES Express on our Exchange server (it's a lot cheaper for us).

I've had a strange thing ... a few .docs are coming in that fail when you try to VIEW. Error is "an unknown error was encountered. Resend?"

However, if you choose "Edit with Documents to Go", or download the attachment to the datacard and open from there, it works fine.

This isn't happening on all .docs, but I can't find any consistency.

Any pointers - I'm a very unexperiences BES user really - we are a smallish company and the last server was pretty much 'set and forget', so I'm not used to looking under the hood much.
