I resent the books to my Blackberry, fixed the Desktop Manager and I am still getting this message.

When you installed Desktop Manager, you may have told it that you were using the BlackBerry Redirector. Reinstall Desktop Manager and tell it you are using BES or BIS (and not Redirector).

I uninstalled it and I am still getting the E-Mails.

Did you reinstall it by selecting BIS?
May need to remove a service book that was installed in error (but I don't recall which one(s)).

I have seen this when replying to messages in the messages folder where it uses the default email client
try and reply from the email folder where it is received in.
