Hey all,

I tried to view an avi media file on a 8830, but it says its a unsupported media file. What gives? Any way around that?

The .avi files have to be converted properly to play on a BB. If the .avi plays on your PC it will likely not play on the BB.

I suggest using the Roxio Media Manager that's included with Desktop Manager to convert the videos.
